Robert is a software developer, software development consultant with 20+ years of experience in the industry, a Certified LeSS Trainer, and a technical coach. Throughout his career, he has held various roles, including software developer, software architect, project manager, team leader, engineering manager, Scrum Master, agile coach and Product Owner. He has implemented and optimized agile software development at scale (30+ teams) in multiple companies (Siemens, Y Soft, SolarWinds, Gina Software).
Robert helps companies, particularly scale-ups, simplify multi-team product development using agile methods. This enables them to adapt to market changes and build business resilience against unexpected events and disruptions.
He also coaches technical excellence practices, especially Test-Driven Development, to reduce production defects and enhance long-term company prosperity.
