The Debate Ring is a new, dynamic, and interactive format that pushes discussions to the limit, delivering unparalleled value to all participants.
Two teams—each composed of three carefully selected professionals—will defend their approach to project management. Throughout the debate, they won’t just present their arguments but will also counter the opposing team’s points and respond to audience questions, creating a lively and engaging discussion that goes deep beneath the surface.
Although the Debate Ring will have a moderator, the final winner will be decided by audience vote. Only one side can claim victory.

Peter Jasenovec
Peter Jasenovec is an experienced agile leader and IT governance expert with over 10 years of experience. He specializes in building innovative teams and effectively managing IT processes. He emphasizes the human factor, organizational culture, and employee development. He believes in the synergy of technology, processes, and people. He actively promotes continuous improvement and also works as a lecturer. In his free time, he is a passionate cyclist.
František Podzimek
František is an experienced manager with over 15 years of international expertise in project management and business development within the energy sector, industrial automation, and digitalization. He has contributed to the preparation of major investment projects in the energy sector, including the construction of large-scale hydropower plants in Albania and Turkey. For several years, he has focused on digital transformation, developing digitalization strategies, and implementing Industry 4.0 concepts into industrial practices. Currently, he serves as Head of the Project Management Office at a prominent Czech company providing comprehensive solutions and services in modern sustainable energy. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and sports, having completed several marathons.
